THE STUDY CONTEXT

Project Lane examined traffic congestion in Lagos State with the aim of informing possible solutions. A comprehensive design brought together transportation stakeholders’ perspectives and face-to-face survey evidence.

The study covered the five divisions of Lagos, giving the research a geographic scope beyond a single location or journey.
